Performance Characteristics

This machine is a mechanically symmetrical plate rolling machine, which works by the downward pressure of the upper roller and the rolling of the upper and lower rollers. The output shaft of the main reducer is transmitted to two lower rollers through a set of gears, and the change in the direction of rotation of the roller shaft is obtained by reversing the direction of the main motor. It consists of one upper roller, two lower rollers, a lifting screw, a worm gear, and some auxiliary parts. The implementation of the upper roller lifting motion is achieved by moving the lifting screw up and down.
